3.2. Reservation change and cancellation

As a user, you can only change or cancel your reservation by contacting the professional who billed you for the service. Acceptance of any changes or refund of the reservation is at the discretion of the professional who billed the service.

3.3. No Shows

As a user, if you make reservations on my sport and do not show up, without canceling your reservation and without repeatedly notifying the professional, your account may be deactivated and the refund in the case of online payment in advance is subject to the cancellation policy of the professional who bill the service.

4.1. Prices

Online payment processing services are provided by easypay.pt and are subject to the easypay Terms and Conditions available on the easypay website.

my sport is not part of this contract and acts only as an intermediary and therefore my sport cannot refund payments made by users to the professionals who sell the service and requests for refunds or disputes must be dealt with directly with the professionals who bill the service. service.

In case the professional becomes insolvent before the user enjoys the service he has already paid for online, the user will have to contact the professional and ask for a refund, subject to acceptance.

Thus, the User assumes the solvency risk of the professional selling the service.

The myesportiva website may contain links to third-party websites or resources and, therefore, by using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that myesportiva is not responsible for the content, products or services available from such websites or resources.
